Well Records

Information pertaining to water wells in Seward County is tabulated in Table 10. The numbers in the first column correspond to the well numbers on the map (P1. 2) and in the table of analyses (Table 9). The numbers in the first column that are in parentheses indicate wells from which samples of water were taken for analysis. The wells are listed in order by townships from north to south and by ranges from east to west. Within a township the wells are listed in the order of the sections. The measured depths to water level are given to the nearest 0.01 foot, whereas reported depths are given only to the nearest foot and are subject to error.
