Logs of Test Holes and Wells
Listed in the following pages are the logs of 76 wells and test holes in Scott County,
including 23 test holes drilled by the State Geological Survey (1-23) and one log of
a test hole in Wichita County (log 43). The locations of the test holes drilled by
the State Geological Survey are shown in Figure 2, and many of the wells are shown
on Plate 2. The samples from the test holes drilled by the State Geological Survey
were studied in the field by Perry McNally and later in the office by me.
