order (whichever method you choose), please provide the following information:
- Name of primary user (this person will receive enduser and update/upgrade information).
- Company name, if applicable.
- Mailing address (street, city, state, zip).
- FedEx address, if different (Federal Express will not deliver to p.o. box addresses).
- Phone number.
- Fax number, if you have one.
- E-mail address, if you have one.
- Which version you are purchasing.
- Method of payment. Please provide PO# or credit card (MasterCard or Visa) number.
- For security reasons, please do not send your credit card information by email.
