Regional Mississippian Isopachous Maps

Maps to right show contrasting early and late Mississippian depositional configuration and correlation to magnetic lineaments and terranes. Residual chert isopachous map represents significant thicknesses of low resistivity “Chat”. “Cowley Facies” isopachous map shows significant thicknesses of cherty dolomite in southern Kansas.
