We are completing the cement job today.
Drill Stem Tests:
Geologist's Report:
We were drilling at 5153' this morning at 7:00 am, which is around 100' off projected TD. We should be at TD in the early evening tonight and start logging in the night. After logs plans are to run 2 or 3 drill stem tests and then run casing.
[Later:] There are a few pieces of Reagan SD Not much. Will cut to 5240 or 5250 depending on how it drills. Loggers will need to be called. At TD we'll cir for 2 hrs and start out once we know when loggers will be here.
[Later:] The Wellington KGS 1-28 has reached TD.
We were drilling at 4845' in lower Arbuckle this morning. TD is projected to be 5240' and we have been making around 300' per day. At this rate, we will not reach TD by Thursday (tomorrow) morning but should be there by Thursday evening. Thus we should be ready to begin logging Thursday night.
We are at 4570' this morning drilling ahead. We have been averaging around 300' per day the last few days. At this rate, we will not reach total depth and be ready to log until Thursday.
Geologist's Report:
We are drilling at 4233'. Had a bit trip last night.
We are drilling at 4034' as of 11:30 am Sunday morning. Our schedule is pushed back farther. At this rate, I would expect we will not be at TD of 5240' until Tuesday evening.
Below are some tops from Kent Crisler.
Drilling ahead at 2815' this morning at 7:00 am. While it is hard to project too accurately, we should very roughly be around 3500'-3600' Friday morning, 4200' Saturday morning, 4800' Sunday morning and TD 5240' early Monday morning. Logging Monday afternoon. Drill stem testing starting late Tuesday.
We are drilling ahead this morning at 1280' as of 9:30 am. We are mostly drilling at around 1 min/ft.
As of 10:45 am this morning we are at 2235' and drilling ahead.
We are just now drilling out from surface pipe at 651'. I expect we should be to logging depth within 5-6 days. The plan on this well is to cut to TD, run logs, then run a couple drill stem tests and then run casing. If there is any thought of a field trip to this well, Monday the 28th might be a good day. At that point we should either be finishing logging and /or running drill stem tests, barring problems.
This well should spud tonight or tomorrow morning. Barring problems, we should be logging in 7 or 8 days after spud. Recall there is no coring on this well. After logs we will run some drill stem tests in the Lower Arbuckle and/or Reagan and then run pipe. Full report Monday, by which time we should be well on our way.
