General Information
Registration: Pre-registration is strongly recommended in order
to guarantee your place at the conference luncheon and banquet. To
register, complete the registration form and mail with your payment to
the above address. Registration will also be accepted by fax at
785-864-5317 or by e-mail: mmiller@kgs.ku.edu. However, to avoid the
higher late registration fee, your payment must be postmarked no later
than September 25, 1998. If you have registration questions you can use
the fax, e-mail, or call Melany Miller at 785-864-3965.
CEU credits are available to members of the Kansas Ground Water
Association.
The Federal Identification Number for the Midwest Ground Water
Conference is 37-1137721 in case anyone needs this information in
obtaining clearance for arrangements at his/her agency or institution.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund of the registration fee will
be provided if cancellation is received no later than the close of
business on September 25, 1998. If you are unable to attend, a
substitute may attend in your place.
