Eugene Holubnyak (KGS Petroleum Engineer and leader of KGS Carbon Management research) answers questions regarding the conduction of carbon dioxide in pipes from members of the Kansas Senate Utilities Committee during neutral testimony on SB 395 on March 10, 2020.
