Measured depths to water are shown to the nearest 0.01 foot, whereas depths reported by the owner, tenant, or driller are given only to the nearest foot. Similarly, measured depths of wells are shown to the nearest 0.1 foot, whereas reported depths are shown only to the nearest foot.
