PfEFFER Well Log Analysis Tools

Routines from PfEFFER Excel add-in are being recorded in Java for inclusion in GEMINI, including:

• LAS file input with depth interval and curve selection
• Display of logs
• Water saturation calculation (Archie, Simandoux and Dual Water models)
• Generation of annotated Pickett plot
• Lithologic composition analysis (Rhomaa-Umaa and general)
• Zonation by depth-constrained cluster analysis
• Movable hydrocarbon plot
• Interpolation and mapping
