HELP: Cross Section Plot

The plot applet opens the LAS files and plots the data on one plot using the cross section control XML file to determine the order of the Well/Location and the order of the plot tracks of each well/location. If the Elevation is present then the data is displayed with respect to the elevation or to a horizon.

Datum Wells/Locations By ...

Elevation Each of the Wells are computed at a common depth with respect to the Elevation. This can only be done if the Elevation is present for each well.
Horizon Each of the Wells are computed at a common depth with respect to the Horizon (Formation Top), i.e. this example, B-P/LM Bed. This can only be done if the Horizon exists in all the wells, since the depth is referenced at each log depth for each well.
Log Depth Each of the Wells are computed at a common depth with respect to Log Depth, since all logs are computed from the surface as 0 ft. This datum does not require that a wells elevation exist.
