- Division of Water Resources (DWR), Kansas Department of Agriculture (KDA)

- Groundwater Management Districts (GMD / GMDs)
the five groundwater managment districts are responsible for regional planning and management of groundwater resources, collecting resource data and educating the public about each region's groundwater resource.
