Mary has 14 years experience in desktop publishing and has freelanced with Greenwood Publishing Group since 1995. She has completed a total of 17 titles to date in disciplines ranging from sociology to anthropology to political science. She has a number of other books and journals to her credit, including the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory (J-PART) and the American Review of Politics (ARP). Mary received a BS in Business from Emporia State University in May 1977. She has worked for the State of Kansas for 22 years.
