Hydrothermal Processes in Midcontinent Sedimentary Rocks

This session, sponsored by the Great Lakes Section of SEPM, will focus on hydrothermal processes in sedimentary rocks in the Midcontinental United States to demonstrate their relationships to petroleum deposits, ore deposits, and other diagenetic effects. Contributors are encouraged to present data obtained by petrographic, geochemical, isotopic, fluid-inclusion, and other methods to illustrate the conditions of water-rock interaction.
