2. Select a well from the list and click the Well Profile Icon (center of screen).

Work Flow and summary shown along left margin of dialog provides summary of project and list of modules needed to reach current activity. In this case well profile has no prerequisite modules.
Output includes definition of regions or intervals of reservoir to be used in PfEFFER log analysis module.
3. Activating the Well Profile button generates a webpage for well profile that explains how to use the module. Also, the opening Well Profile dialog appears over the web page that is used in construction of the well profile.
(Don't close the webpage while you are running Well Profile).
The Well Profile Module Curve Selection Frame will display. The Tables will display all the available data in their respective Panels.
4. Selecting Curves and Track Location for displaying in the Well Profile Plot. - Adding Log Curves from two different Digital LAS Files. The default is the first LAS File in the LAS File List Table is selected with the Curves associated with that LAS File displayed in the LAS Curve List Table.
Select the curve and select the corresponding Add Track 1, 2 or 3. A maximum of 3 curves per track.
Select the Formation Source tab, which will then display
the Formation Source Panel.
Select the a Source Name from the Formation Source List Table. Select the
Selection Formation Source button. The formation source name
will be added to Track 5.

Select the Core Data tab which then displays the Core Petrophysics Data Available list. Select one or more and add to Tracks 3 and 4.

7. Change the Well Profile Plot Depth Scale (right side of screen)
8. Change the Depth of Range of the Well Profile Plot (upper part of screen). This allows the user to see the Core Images and Core Data more easily.
9. Set Plot Limits button - Set Curve Limits screen allows the user to further change the way the data will be displayed on the Well Profile Plot.

Well Profile Plot The Well Profile Plot will Display with all the curves that were selected
in their respective tracks on the plot. Also notice that there is Core
data buttons in the Core Images Track to the far left. The Blue color
buttons will display the Core Box images and the Green color buttons
will display the Core Slab images and if the well has Thin Sections
they will appear as Red color Buttons. |

11. Click on an area of the Well Profile Plot that analysis in PfEFFER is desired.

The Formation Depth Interval Frame will display. The
frame will allow the User to select the Formation Tops or Intervals
that will be analyzed in PfEFFER. Also perforation and DST Click the Add button |
The Name of the Formation and the Depth you selected will appear on the Well Profile Plot in Blue.
